Dr. Dale Cudjoe was appointed pastor of Christ Temple Church of Christ (Holiness) U.S.A. in 1989 by the then presiding Bishop O. W. McInnis. The call of God was on his life at the young age of 16 even though he did not answer that call until he was 20. He began his preaching ministry at Second Temple Church of Christ Holiness USA in Chicago Illinois under the pastorate of Elder David Robinson. Some have recognized his teaching style to be that of one of his former pastors Elder Crosby L. Flakes. He was recognized by  his presiding bishop of the Northern Diocese of COCHUSA, the late Bishop O. W. McInnis for his sense  of love and care for the people of God, and for the business of the church. Bishop McInnis being his mentor allowed him to served in many capacities at all levels of the church. (Local, District, Diocese and National) He serves the local church as pastor, the Northern Diocese (Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan and Ohio) as Presiding Bishop (Elect), and the National Convention as Chairman of the National Publishing Board, Chairman of National Publicity Team, Co Chair of the Manual Revision Committee (MRC2008) National Correspondence Secretary and President of the Council of District Chairman.

A native of Trinidad and Tobago, his bachelors degree was received from Illinois Benedictine College (now knows as Benedictine University) his masters and doctorate degrees from Lake Charles Bible College. He and his wife Dawn since 1979 have three children Dana, Daren, Dominique`, and two grand children Jaylon and Symone.
